Sacha worked as a consultant for Ernst & Young (now Capgemini) and as Marketing Director for the AGB Nielsen Media Research's (now Nielsen company) TV Audience Analysis Software division. Since 2009, Sacha is a lecturer for the Executive Master in Social Media Marketing and Web Communication organized in Milan at the university IULM where he taught “Social Media Analysis Techniques” and “Monitoring and analysis of online reputation". Co-author of various publications, including: “Manuale di Social Media Marketing” (Hoepli, 2011), "Entertainment e Comunicazione - Target Strategie Media" edited by Sergio Cherubini and Simonetta Pattuglia (Ed. Franco Angeli, 2012) and "L'azienda centrata sull'ascolto del cliente" edited by Valerio Pancaldi. (Ed. Franco Angeli, 2013).

Vittorio Di Tomaso

After a PhD in Linguistics, Vittorio acquired over twenty years of experience in natural language processing and computational linguistics. He is a co-founder and CEO of CELI, Language and Information Technology, an Italian company specialized in automatic language analysis technology.

Vincenzo Cosenza
Social media strategist

Previously Vincenzo was Director of the Microsoft Italy Digital PR and PR Manager office in Rome. He is best known online for his blog, vincos.it, where he publishes his social media research, a Facebook observatory and a social network world map. He is author of two books: "Social Media ROI" (Apogeo, 2012) and "La società dei dati" (40k, 2012).
